When you contact us, you will benefit from an extensive service from Gas Safe members (formerly Corgi). We will provide you with all of your boiler and plumbing needs. We have computer software which will automatically send you two reminders – one 2 months before and another 1 month before your gas check is due. A completely automated system will mean that you do not forget to maintain your gas safety record. Once you have instructed us, you will not have to do a thing – we will act on your behalf and make all the necessary arrangements with your tenants.
