We are absolutely thrilled (and relieved) to have found Lee and H&C! Boiler stopped working so found Lee’s details online and reached out to see if he had availability to come out. His first actions were to try and fix it remotely for us which was so, so kind! Speaking to him he was able to diagnose the problem - he asked if we had any plumbing/drainage issues recently and we did! He was able to piece the problem together quickly. It needed a call out so he prioritised us as we had no hot water or heating, came on time, got straight to fixing the issue and explained everything as he went along. Within the hour it was all fixed and working and throughout he was so pleasant! I am so impressed - I will definitely be recommending Lee and his company to anyone we know after a repair! And will definitely be booking in a summer boiler service next summer. Thanks so much Lee - it’s such a relief to have everything working again! And you left the working area immaculately clean!

Had a recommendation! Great service, had an old radiator that had to be removed and a new one fitted on to another wall, Lee done this really well and stayed to make sure all was ok with the heating. Very friendly and professional.

Lee came out to look at my boiler because it wasn’t firing for the heating. It wasn’t really an issue with the boiler he said. He it was just a sticky motor never charged me for the job absolute great service would recommend them all day long

Great service and super helpful throughout the whole process. Having a log burner installed and needed our mains gas pipe moved. Lee is very knowledgeable and helped clarify a load of regulations for us to reassure us the work could be done as other gas men quoted us ridiculous prices for a full refurb. Highly recommend this company! I have recently moved to a new property and typical scenario the heating system is not working. After having a go at fixing things myself I soon discovered that I was way in over my head. I was passed Lee's details by a friend of mine and I have nothing but positive things to say about my whole experience. He arrived on time, was very courteous and was able to trace the problem in no time at all (heating value not responding). Highly recommended!

I’ve used Hot and Cold installations twice now. First time to completely overhaul my mums kitchen including new units, plastering, painting etc. Lee was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and he did a fantastic job, my mum was very happy and relaxed in their company. Second time we had problems with our boiler. Lee was very quick to attend several times and due to having an old boiler we decided to have a new one fitted. Lee was able to recommend a boiler which he came and fitted, he did a fantastic job, very friendly, I could not fault the service and would highly recommend. Will definitely be using again in the future. Kitchen fitted Dec 2020. Boiler fitted Mar 2021.

First used H&C for annual boiler service back in early June. Lee & Anthony arrived on-time, were very professional, very engaging and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Lee re-visited a few days ago to fix a small leak that had appeared in our Fernox contaminant filter. Went out of his way to complete this job as soon as he could. I seriously couldn't recommend H&C highly enough.

I can’t praise this company enough! I come across this company after someone else this time last year walked off a big building job leaving me out of pocket and in a shell of a house. Lee come and fitted a gas fire for me a few days before Xmas so we had some heating and then 2 weeks ago come an installed a lovely new boiler for us. Once you find a company as professional and trust worthy as these you keep using them. I will be having a new bathroom fitted by them in the new year.I can’t thank you enough for making our home warm, both at short notice 10/10

With this we were exposed to a few tradesmen that couldn't quite fix the problem but then I was highly recommended to speak to Lee and his company to assess the situation, immediately Lee acknowledged what had been missed. We were shocked at the outcome. 

Consequently, I would highly recommend Lee and his company to anyone who has any issues with their heating or plumbing. So incredibly helpful on messenger (especially at crazy hours - sorry). Lee was polite, courteous and even took his shoes off when coming into our house. He was kind enough to advise alternate solutions so not to waste our money on our 20 yr old boiler. Thank you for bringing hot water and heating back into our house!

					Have used Lee to relocate our boiler and a few other jobs great service, very pleasant to deal with and very genuine. We need other works doing so will definitely be using him again. Definitely recommend

					Lee, Anthony and Dad came to fit our new boiler and did a fantastic job. Only took 1 1/2 days - they were efficient, clean and tidy. Have used them loads of times now and highly recommend them.

					Great service, unfortunately didn't get the name of the engineer that came out but he was brilliant, really friendly, lovely manners just very helpful. Did a fantastic job, left everything clean and tidy and at a very reasonable cost, will absolutely use again when needed. Highly recommended!!
