Have found Lee to be polite, genuinely friendly and reliable- he kept my mum’s ailing boiler going when it was on its last legs and has now replaced it with a lovely new one - very neat job. I would not hesitate to recommend him for all plumbing and installation work.

My boiler had a few fault codes, spoke to Lee over the phone and discussed potential causes . We tried some simple troubleshooting over the phone, but this was unsuccessful. Lee came round the following day and fixed the issue temporarily. He was able to get a price for a gas valve and replaced the part the following day. Job was done professionally, quick and without any mess. Nice to see a locally run family business doing well, and his prices were reasonable. Hot and Cold installations do other services, and i would use them again, I would recommend them to anyone else who asks for plumbing, gas or kitchen and bathroom installations/ repairs.

Our boiler packed up and as we are pensioners called Lee from Hot and Cold. Very impressed knows what his talking about, boiler fixed and operational, no fuss just dealt with the problem. Reasonably priced can fully recommend.

Had Hot and Cold Installations out to do a gas connection on a gas cooker after switching from electric, fitted us in straight away and worked around times that suited us. Very professional service and would highly reccomend.

Highly recommend Lee. Honest, Reliable, thorough and professional and knows what he is talking about. Clean and tidy worker and nothing too much trouble. Won’t use anyone else now ( have recommended to all family and friends) 👌

My hot water went and I had someone called out to check it over (friend of a friend). After looking it over, they were unable to fix it and suggested that I replace the boiler as it was an old system 20+ years old. I wanted a second opinion and had Lee look at it. He managed to fix my boiler with a just few parts which saved me £1000s. He was very efficient and communication was excellent! 5 stars all round! Thanks Lee for all your help!

Brilliant service provided by Lee, super quick to respond to messages and very professional. As a woman too it can be daunting when you need to find someone to fix things in your home, so it was really appreciated that Lee took the time to explain things and put me at ease. We are absolutely thrilled (and relieved) to have found Lee and H&C! Boiler stopped working so found Lee’s details online and reached out to see if he had availability to come out. His first actions were to try and fix it remotely for us which was so, so kind! Speaking to him he was able to diagnose the problem - he asked if we had any plumbing/drainage issues recently and we did! He was able to piece the problem together quickly. It needed a call out so he prioritised us as we had no hot water or heating, came on time, got straight to fixing the issue and explained everything as he went along. Within the hour it was all fixed and working and throughout he was so pleasant! I am so impressed - I will definitely be recommending Lee and his company to anyone we know after a repair! And will definitely be booking in a summer boiler service next summer. Thanks so much Lee - it’s such a relief to have everything working again! And you left the working area immaculately clean!

Had a recommendation! Great service, had an old radiator that had to be removed and a new one fitted on to another wall, Lee done this really well and stayed to make sure all was ok with the heating. Very friendly and professional.

Lee came out to look at my boiler because it wasn’t firing for the heating. It wasn’t really an issue with the boiler he said. He it was just a sticky motor never charged me for the job absolute great service would recommend them all day long

Great service, unfortunately didn't get the name of the engineer that came out but he was brilliant, really friendly, lovely manners just very helpful. Did a fantastic job, left everything clean and tidy and at a very reasonable cost, will absolutely use again when needed. Highly recommended!!

  Sadly after moving to the area 5 years ago we were unfamiliar to a good heating engineers/plumbers. With this we were exposed to a few tradesmen that couldn't quite fix the problem but then I was highly recommended to speak to Lee and his company to assess the situation, immediately Lee acknowledged what had been missed. We were shocked at the outcome.Consequently, I would highly recommend Lee and his company to anyone who has any issues with their heating or plumbing. So incredibly helpful on messenger (especially at crazy hours - sorry). Lee was polite, courteous and even took his shoes off when coming into our house. He was kind enough to advise alternate solutions so not to waste our money on our 20 yr old boiler. Thank you for bringing hot water and heating back into our house!

Lee, Anthony and Dad came to fit our new boiler and did a fantastic job. Only took 1 1/2 days - they were efficient, clean and tidy. Have used them loads of times now and highly recommend them.
